They are the ideal basis for cool cocktails and light drinks as well. Here we give away the newest creations.
1 Lime 6 cl Oldesloer Korn 1-2 Teaspoons cane sugar
Preparation Cut the lime into eight pieces and put them into a glass. Put the cane sugar over it and then crush the lime pieces with a pestle. Top it up with crushed ice and Oldesloer Korn. Serve with straws.
either as a fruity Soft drink: pure and well-chilled
as a fruity Long drink: 1 Part “The Fruity Oldesloer” with 2 Parts fruit juice or lemonade
Quite buoyant: 1 Part “The Fruity Oldesloer” with 1 Part champagne
4 cl Oldesloer Waldmeister (Woodruff) 2 cl Oldesloer Korn 2 cl Cream Top up with pineapple juice
Preparation Mix all ingredients together with ice in a shaker and then pour in a cocktail glass.
6 cl Oldesloer Saure Kirsche mit Persiko (sour cherry) 4 cl Oldesloer Maracuja (Passion Fruit) 1 cl Lemon juice 1 Bar spoon grenadine syrup Pineapple juice
Preparation Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice cubes in a shaker and pour into a cocktail glass.
4 cl Meeraner Urahn 1 cl Honey (liquid) 2 cl Cream
Preparation Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice cubes in a shaker and pour into a cocktail glass. Serve with a cocktail cherry or orange slice.
5 cl Meeraner Mocca-Edel 1 cl Cream 1 Egg yolk Grated nutmeg
Preparation Shake Mocca-Edel, egg yolk and cream with ice cubes in a shaker and pour into goblet. Add a pinch of nutmeg.
2 cl Meeraner Mocca-Edel 2 cl lightly whipped fresh cream
Preparation Pour the liquor into a cocktail glass and top with whipped cream gently over the liquor.
4 cl Meeraner Grün Weiß (peppermint liqueur) 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice Dry champagne to top up
Preparation Shake the lemon juice and liquor with ice in a shaker and pour into a champagne glass
2 cl Meeraner-Edelkirsch (cherry liqueur) 3 cl white rum 3 cl cream Cocktail cherries
Preparation Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice cubes in a shaker and pour into a cocktail glass. Serve with cocktail cherries
4 cl Specht Williams-Christ-Birne (Pear) Bitter Lemon Pears column
Preparation Pour Williams Brandy into a long drink glass and top up with bitter lemon. Decorate with pears column.
4 cl Greizer Blue Curacao 2 cl Lemon juice 12 cl Pineapple juice Half a slice of pineapple
Preparation Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice cubes in a shaker and pour into a long drink glass. Serve with a half a slice of pineapple.
2,5 cl Greizer Coco Biscuit 2 cl Greizer Blue Curacao 2 cl Grenadine Syrup Cocktail Cherries
Preparation Mix all ingredients in a cocktail glass with ice. Serve with cocktail cherries.
