Kale time is Kümmel time

Something should not be missed for a kale meal: our Oldesloer Kümmel which is distilled according to the Holstein recipe out of Europe’s oldest spice – from the finest caraway seeds. Oldesloer Kümmel should be served well chilled (but please not out of the freezer!) in an iced glass. It is also delicious with all other hearty meals.
